PRIMERO. DECLARAR la nulidad de todo lo actuado con posterioridad a la recepcion de la demanda de tutela por el Juzgado
Noveno. Civil Municipal de Cali.
SEGUNDO. DISPONER que el Juzgado
Noveno. Civil Municipal de Cali, tramite en debida forma la accion de tutela promovida por el senor Jesus Alberto Ospina Revelo contra el Juez de Paz No. 53 y la Inspectora de Policia de la Estacion de la Rivera de Cali. En consecuencia, se ordena que proceda a citar a los terceros que tengan un interes legitimo en el proceso de tutela.
TERCERO. Esta providencia debera ser notificada por el Juzgado
Noveno. Civil Municipal de Cali al accionante, a la autoridades demandadas y a los terceros con interes legitimo.
CUARTO. La Sentencia que sobre la demanda de tutela profiera el Juzgado
Noveno. Civil Municipal de Cali y, en el evento de ser impugnada, la de la autoridad a quien corresponda resolver el recurso, se enviaran a la Corte Constitucional para su eventual revision, tal como lo disponen los articulos 86 de la Constitucion y 32 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
